Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email us to merchandise@awakeningeurope.com stating the id of your order, the item that you want to return and the reason why you want to return it.

2. We clear your item for return via email – Please wait until you received an email from us stating that you can return your item.

3. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging along with a proof of purchase.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discounted items cannot be returned as well as purchases of service items or tickets sold.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Please note that the shipment costs will not be refunded as they’re not part of the product.
